You will recognise your mini cab driver by his 'Meet & Greet' board which will have our company name and your requested passenger's name on it at the pre-arranged meeting point.

All customers receive a courtesy telephone call upon our mini cab drivers' arrival. We provide details of the mini cab drivers' vehicle registration and mobile telephone number for security purposes, should the customer wish to make contact.

Every standard mini cab is equipped with satellite navigation and tracking system allowing us to monitor drivers at all times.

All our mini cab and chauffeur car drivers are Public Carriage Office (PCO) registered which helps to reassure us as a company that our passengers are being served by a safe and trustworthy individual. Every mini cab and chauffeur hire driver is Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checked and is subject to a medical fitness examination.
